I'm an RRT Specialist and Transformational Coach. I specialize in causing shifts to regain clarity, strength, and ease that guide professionals and creatives out of their constraints so they can thrive and shine.

Through my journey, I've found myself disappointed with the answers I found and stuck with hurtful experiences that held me back and soured my life. My spiritual path gave me relief but everyday life seemed meaningless and hopeless.

In my search to making the most out of my human experience, I've come across many useful disciplines, but none as effective in dealing with emotional stuckness and mental blocks as Rapid Resolution Therapy.
